Tilt‘N’Slide™ was designed to let window sashes open inward (“tilt in”) so that the exterior glass could be easily cleaned safely from inside the home. It offers a window manufacturer greater flexibility to make tilt in slider windows from profiles originally designed for double hung windows. It is designed for tilt in slider windows only.

Parallex™ is designed to let manufacturers make either casement, tilt in slider or double hung windows. This helps minimize the various number of hardware inventory items to keep on hand if more than one window style is being produced.

Parallex™ sash sizes for the various windows styles are as follows:

• Casement: minimum 12 inches wide to maximum 36 inches wide. Maximum height is 72 inches.

• Tilt in Slider: minimum 12 inches to maximum 74 inches wide. Maximum height is 62 inches.

• Double Hung: minimum 12 inches to maximum 49 inches wide. Maximum height is 74 inches high.

The SR6 drill jig is designed to give you consistently accurate placement of the Sash Retainer attachment on your window sash.

The ALX-001 assembly jig allows you to set all the hardware assemblies to the exact sash length according to the window breakdown, all at the same time. This eliminates wasted time in sizing and adjusting the assemblies individually.
